Shipping

We ship worldwide! 

All orders are dispatched from Maui, Hawaii via UPS or USPS. We use a flat rate shipping fee for both standard and express shipping. At checkout the customer has the option of selecting the preferred method. Orders containing multiple items are only required to pay one flat rate fee. All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number is sent via provided e-mail address to customer once the parcel is shipped. 

Both domestic and international orders ship within 2 business days.

Domestic orders and shipping times:
Domestic standard shipping is $10 and delivers within 3-6 business days. Domestic express shipping is $35 and delivers within 1-4 business days. 
International orders and shipping times: 
International standard shipping is $20 and delivers between 1-3 weeks. International express shipping is $35 and delivers within 2-5 business days. 

 

All orders are packaged and shipped in mailers made of 100% recycled and plant based materials. This includes everything used in packaging your parcel - such as our tape, shipping labels and "Thank You" notes etc. Be sure to recycle or reuse the packaging once received. 

Returns

Because of the nature of our exclusive and limited pieces, we kindly do not offer returns or accept exchanges. Although, for purchases over $350, a store credit can be offered (this excludes sale items). Please e-mail hello@in-awe.com and we will get in touch. 

Items must be in the same condition and must not have been worn or altered. Please note that the cost of return postage is the customers responsibility. Make sure to keep your return tracking number as we are not responsible for lost returns. 

Incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address may result in a lost or returned parcel. In awe is not responsible for the return shipping fee in this case and is to be covered by the costumer. 

Additional information

International delivery costs do not include taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient, In awe is not held responsible for such occasion.

Please be sure to provide the correct address when placing an order, as once your order has been dispatched, we can not alter address details.
